My first triathlon of the year was a huge success! I PR'ed by over 13 min, and am now just under 2 minutes shy of qualifying as an Elite (USA Triathlon), finishing at 2:32. I am SUPER pumped! I felt great during my race, after not getting in as much running as I would have liked to leading up to it.
This is my short but sweet update and I'll get my race report updated sometime this week. Special shout out and congrats to my sister for completing her first olympic distance triathlon.... she rocked out too! Photos and race report coming soon.
